Hello, my friend!

It’s with much anticipation, appreciation, and love that I invite you to my Create the Life You Love Living Retreat!

During this three-night, women’s-only retreat, you will harness the power of love, compassion, and connection to truly create a life you love living: a life that you are excited to wake up to.

This retreat will allow you the time and space to connect with other women AND begin to plant seeds for what’s next. You will gain clarity so you can begin to answer questions like: What’s next for me? What do I really want? How do I want to feel every day?

This retreat includes quiet time, meditation, time with nature, time connecting, time to think. It’s a pause from the hustle and a way to connect with the bigger part of YOU. It’s my goal that you feel at ease, comfortable, and truly cared for. So, if you don’t feel like doing yoga or a sound bath or you have no interest in breakfast, sleep in or go back to your room and rest. You have full permission to care for yourself first.

If you are flying in to Pennsylvania for the retreat, our wonderful innkeepers will pick you up at either BWI or PHL (or the smaller Lancaster or Harrisburg airports) and bring you to the Inn. Don’t worry about renting a car!!

The Inn at Twin Linden

Our Retreat Home in Narvon, PA

The Inn at Twin Linden is our host for the Create the Life you Love Living Retreat. Located in the historic village of Churchtown, nestled in between Amish farms, the Inn has been lovingly restored to its 1840’s grandeur.

There are eight luxuriously appointed, ensuite rooms at inn, several of which are large enough to accommodate you and a family member or dear friend.

The innkeepers, Kyra and Mike, have created a warm home for their guests. Being innkeepers is a second career for this couple who always dreamed of hosting folks in a welcoming space. You will feel truly cared for with Kyra and Mike at the helm!

All meals will be filled with whole, nutrient-dense food. Primarily vegan with animal protein/dairy options on the side. I want you to feel comfortable and cared for. We can accommodate any dietary sensitivities or allergies. The retreat is gluten-free friendly.

Nourishment!

You will eat VERY well at the Create the Life You Love Living Retreat! We are so lucky to have some of the best farms in Pennsylvania at our disposal. All produce and protein is locally sourced.

AND!! We have the amazing Chef John Banes creating meals for us! John is a vegan chef who loves food. He sends me menu ideas all of the time. He loves creating an experience around food, and we are so lucky to have him.

Please note that this is a dry retreat as I want to support those women who are on a sobriety journey.

What Do We Spend Time Doing??

Our two full days together may include:

Sharing stories. Thinking about what’s next for you, what do you want more of in your life?

Writing letters to people you love. Doing some restorative yoga or an energy practice like Qi Gong. Experiencing a sound bath. Creating a vision board. Dancing. Enjoying a concert.

Walking in nature, eating great food, resting, cooking s’mores around a bonfire.

Hopefully, remembering how much you love your life and how excited you are for the next chapter.

This retreat is all about you. There will be a variable agenda each day, but I want you to feel comfortable opting out of any activity that doesn’t feel right at the time. This is not a time for pleasing others, only for caring for yourself.

All the Details!

The retreat begins with dinner Thursday evening (4/24/25). You will be included in all workshop activities and meals through breakfast on Sunday (4/27/25) before your return home. Meals on Friday (4/25/25) and Saturday (4/26/25) include breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshment, and dinner.

Workshop activities will include: storytelling, nature walks, restorative yoga and meditation, and most importantly, conversation around what ‘seeds’ you want to begin planting or have already planted and want to nurture.

Option 1: Single-occupancy Retreat:

Stay three nights in your own ensuite room at The Inn at Twin Linden. All meals (Thursday evening through Sunday morning) and two full workshop days are included.

Option 2: Double-occupancy Retreat:

Stay three nights with a friend in a larger suite at The Inn at Twin Linden. All meals (Thursday evening through Sunday morning) and two full workshop days are included.

Please note that if you are sharing a room, both ‘roomies’ should complete a registration form and choose ‘double occupancy’ on the form.

Option 3: Retreat Three-Day Pass:

This pass includes the entire retreat without lodging: all meals Thursday evening through Sunday morning and two full workshop days. You can stay in your home or a local Airbnb — I am happy to help you find one!
